The move from NL to Germany is still happening! I am not finished unpacking boxes, still don’t have a clue where my telephone charger is and lighting wood burning ovens every day (its winter, folks) is pretty time-consuming. No central heat in the main part of the house so must light fires in the ovens daily to warm the house. But, there is a flip side to this coin- I LOVE IT HERE! No matter what difficulties and “challenges” I’m facing I am very happy to have moved to Bavaria and live in such a gorgeous house!
We’ve got barns! and hopefully will be using them sooner than later. But, it is pretty darn chilly out there.
